How To Sync Audio and Video In a Non-Linear Editor

A friend asked me to make a little Camtasia video about how this was done. I’ve done it before, but I wanted to show what the screen looks like so it’s easier to get things lined up. I’d love to get some creative comments from some of you who do this kind of thing professionally. But this is the way that I do it.
